Who we are
V&V Group V.O.F. is the controller for the personal data described in this statement. We are based at Blikfaart 20, 8801 XC Franeker, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97585750.

This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and does not track you. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your visit is not shared with Google or with advertising networks.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. With every visit, Vercel records technical data: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser. This is needed to keep the site secure and available. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). In our own admin dashboard, this data is visible for one day at most.
Vercel processes this data on our behalf as a processor, under a data processing agreement. Vercel also uses some of it for its own purposes, as an independent controller, to secure its services and prevent abuse. That use, and how long Vercel keeps data, is covered by Vercel's privacy notice.
Vercel is a US company, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the data processing agreement includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The NIS2 check on this website runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are not stored and are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Where your data is kept
Email and documents are stored in Microsoft 365. Microsoft acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Messages on LinkedIn are also covered by LinkedIn's privacy policy.
We do not sell your data and only share it with others when the law requires it.
Security
We protect your data the way we advise our clients to: multi-factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted connections and access only for those who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use, ask us to restrict its use, or request a copy to transfer to another organisation.
Email info@vv-group.nl to do so. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we change this statement, the date at the top changes too.
